How much weight did you lose?

I started the program on March 3, 2020 and I have lost 35 lbs and 22 inches overall.

Stephanie, what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“I had been working out regularly and trying to lose weight, but I was not seeing the results I was hoping for. I was going through a transition in my life and thought that it would be the perfect time to invest more in myself.”

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

“I tried cutting down on carbs, but as a vegetarian that is not an easy thing to do. I worked out 3-4 days a week, and tried to eat as healthy as I could.”

What was different when you started working with us?

“I had almost given up on the idea of being able to lose weight, I liked the idea that I could still enjoy any food as long as it was in my calorie budget for the day.”

Stephanie's Fat Loss Diet

“Most mornings started with a protein shake after my workout, for snacks raw almonds and fruit, hard boiled eggs and vegetables. Lunch and dinners would usually consist of some form of protein such as fish or beans and lots of fresh veggies.”

Favourite cheat meal?

“Pizza and red wine”

Stephanie’s Motivation

“My motivation comes from seeing the results of the program and the feeling I got when I  started hitting my goals. I realized that I am in control of my results and how I get there. Some days were definitely harder than others and it was difficult to stay on track, and that’s ok, I just kept looking forward and took it one day at a time.”

“Take it one step at a time. Smaller goals will help you reach your dream.”

Fat Burning Exercises

“I maintained my exercise routine as much as possible, but since all the gyms closed during quarantine I had to change things up. I did strength training with resistance bands and body weight exercises, at least 4 days a week in the morning and I either walked or biked evey day, if I walked I would track at least 6- 8 kms a day and my bike rides were about 22 kms both would take approximately an hour.”

“Keep with the program, it works. You will have great days and you will have days where you struggle, never stop moving forward. It’s ok to have days where you are not on track, be kind to yourself and start again tomorrow, your patience and will power will persevere. Use the community of women along with the coaches to help keep you focused and motivated they are a fabulous resource and will help keep you on track.”
