Rebeca what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

 I was unhappy with the way that I looked and I felt like I couldn’t loose weight or the body fat.

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

 Yes I tried only eating one meal a day, which lead me to be hungry all the time, I tried using hcg 5000 which is an injectable that’s supposed to help you lose weight as well as a meal suppressant, that was working for a bit until my body stopped reacting to it.

What was different when you started working with us?

When I started working with you I felt that I could still eat, even if it was a chocolate or something sweet and I didn’t have to feel bad because I still saw results, and that made me feel better about myself and more motivated to do this program.

Rebeca’s Fat Loss Diet

BREAKFAST
 

 I live with my parents and my daughter so I had to eat what they ate, so it’s was different foods every day, but for my breakfast I don’t usually eat breakfast so I just ate an orange in the morning,

LUNCH
 

I try my best to eat over 150gs of protein, either on its own or with some Basmati rice or a green salad

we usually eat chicken with either veg or rice or just a salad so whoeveres turn it is too cook I’ll just eat that but I still make sure I eat about 150gs or protein or more it I could

DESSERT
 

I bought some frozen blueberries, cranberries, litchies, and mixed berries which I would mix two or three with some vanilla yogurt and have that as my dessert, or take one or two and make a smoothie with a scoop of Whey Protein powder if I haven’t reached my protein goals yet.

Favourite cheat meal?

” That question made me laugh, I actually really enjoy my yogurt and fruit as my cheat meal, I hardly get the cravings for junk food, I will admit I have had a chocolate here and there, but it’s not often.”

Rebeca’s Motivation

“I motivated myself by saying to myself that I wanna change I wanna feel confident in my own body, I won’t lie I did feel like giving up, but then I thought that I came so far I can’t quite now, and when my centimeters started going down I got excited and thats what pushed me to carry on.”

Fat Burning Exercises

“It started off with just the 10min walks but my progress was slow, until I tried either doing hiit, and then I found some YouTube videos that do figure 8 workouts so I just did some of that, and I dance quite a bit put some good music on and just dance using the figure 8 techniques and my whole body.”

Did you take in supplements to help you on this journey?

“I just took my Whey Protein Shake, I got this usn cla 1000 from a friend of mine it says it helps maintain your weight loss, but I’ve only been taking that for 2 weeks now.”

How much weight have you lost? How long have you been doing KaiserFit?

“I’ve been in the program for 9weeks now, I have lost about 5kgs of pure fat, which is about 7 pounds.”

Did you find yourself falling off the plan at all?

“I felt like that sometimes when my family would eat junk around me, but to my surprise I wanted this more than the junk food so I stayed strong, a few times I would go over my calories, but then I would just make sure to not go over the next day.”
