No More Maddy-Fatty

Maddison has been overweight her whole life. She vividly remembers being overweight at the age of 12 and comparing herself to other kids half her size and automatically feeling sad at being different…

When she turned 30, things got even worse where no matter how little she ate, she still gained weight.

After fixing her metabolism and getting into amazing shape, she is finally able to wear dresses she always dreamed of. Maddison Is finally her REAL self! 

How much weight did you lose?

“I think in my first week of the fat loss phase I dropped 4 pounds. After this, I consistently lost weight until I was 61 pounds lighter!”

Maddison, what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“I was born with a very bad metabolism, so I’ve spent most of my life being overweight,  thinking “when I’m slim I’ll do this, I’ll do that, and this and that” I just never had the enough motivation to undergo this transformation. But all this changed because of one incident.


Back when I was younger, people teased and bullied me for my weight… But I’m very lucky to have a loving family. Because at the end of my terrible day, my whole family was there to comfort and motivate me.

My mom would even cook my favorite meal almost every day just to cheer me up (talk about an abler lol, love you, mom). This taught me that despite being fat I don’t need to be miserable because I have people that love me for who I am…


In my mid 20’s I got used to being called FAT, that it became part of my personality. 


My life as Maddison Latif has been associated with the word “Overweight” by most people I know.  And since I’m too used to it and numb of the pain from all these years, I just let them be…


But my turning point arrived that changed my life forever when I was 31.


I was called —“Maddy Fatty”. This signaled the fire for me to finally change my lifestyle.


It came from a child of a family friend. A 5-year-old. It sounds silly but kids are brutally honest! 


But when I heard it, it simmered in my brain for a little while.

“The whole world knows me as Maddy Fatty, they just don’t say it to my face. I see it when they look at me. “ I thought to myself…


Early in the morning, I received bad news from a family member that left me devastated the entire day. 


On my way to the office, I almost got run over by a car, so the driver shouted (sorry for the word) “Stupid Lard-ass”. I know it was my fault for not paying full attention as I was walking, but how can people be this rude?

That day… I decided to transform myself and show to the world that my name is Maddison. “Maddy-Fatty” or “Lard Ass”.

That is when my whole journey of transformation began…”

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

“When I decided to finally lose weight, the first thing I tried was keto diet, since this was the most popular way to lose weight a year ago and so I gave it a shot.


I subscribed to this keto program online that prepares my meal plan for $40 a month.


I was really happy because, after a month, I lost about 6 lbs! I was so pumped and excited to move forward and lose more weight in the upcoming months…


But I noticed after losing 6lbs. I’m not sure what happened because I just stopped losing weight, despite following this very restrictive diet plan.


And not only I’m not losing weight anymore but my cravings for sugary and fatty food were just insatiable. So I decided that keto is not for me, I quit the program and unsubscribed after 3 months. I literally just wasted my time and money on that program. 


On top of that…Keto made my hair fall out and after about week 3, I started feeling drained and craving food ALL the time (carb foods). I just couldn’t sustain that lifestyle ESPECIALLY without the results to show for it…”

What was different when you started working with us?

“A HUGE difference, just the phase one of the Fat-loss super system, I couldn’t believe that I would be allowed to eat that much food in a day(compared to my previous program), knowing that the very goal of dieting is to lose weight… I was so happy that eating food that I love is part of this program.

“Chocolates! The one thing that I was never willing to give-up hehe… But I just make sure that I didn’t exceed my daily calorie intake!”

“I started the program on March 3, 2020 and I have lost 35 lbs and 22 inches overall.”

Did you find yourself falling off the plan at all?

Very rarely.  There’s a lot of instances that I just wanted to quit because of cravings and wanting to overeat….But I never let myself fall into old habits for one big reason. 


Sometimes It would feel like all my hard work is just put in vain… but whenever I looked in the mirror and saw the significant changes to my body, it made me so happy! This was also a big reason why I never fell off the plan.”


Did you take in supplements to help you on this journey?

“Yes, I take Queen Formula everyday… See, my main issue with my former program is the insatiable cravings every day.
