Fat Loss Transformation of Faith

How much weight did you lose?

“I have lost 65 pounds so far. Most of my weight loss came in the fat loss phase”

Faith what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“I’ve been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember. Each year, losing weight has always been part of my New Year’s resolution however for some reason, I always find myself falling off the wagon and each time that I stop, I gain more weight.
 
I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, hypertension, dyslipidemia,asthma and hyperuricemia which made it more difficult for me to lose weight even more.”

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

“I’ve tried the no-carb diet, slimming pills, slimming coffee and slimming teas but none of them are good for long-term weight loss.”

What was different when you started working with us?

“The part that I like about the program is that I can eat anything and everything that I want for as long as I am staying within my calorie limit. 

I am not deprived at all. Another different thing about it is I have added as much as 600 calories (100 calories each week) yet I’m losing weight AND inches. “

Faith’s Fat Loss Diet

I don’t have a particular meal plan. I just eat whatever I feel like eating and making sure that I log everything that I eat on MyFitnessPal so that I don’t go over my calorie limit for the day.

Favourite cheat meal?

“My all-time favorite cheat meal is pasta. “

“I am happy to note that since I started the program I was losing inches very quickly in phase 1 and 2. I’ve lost a total of 14.5 inches (but, arm, thigh, chest and belly measurements).”

Faith’s Motivation

I have a strong support system and whenever I feel like I’m about to fall off the wagon once again, my friends are always there to cheer me on.

Aside from that, if I don’t see the number on the scale move, I take my measurements and photos. It reminds me of how far I’ve come in this journey and that always keeps me to keep on pushing myself.

Fat Burning Exercises

“For the first two weeks, I didn’t do any exercises. My steps then were really just below 200 daily. When I went on to Phase 2, my steps ranged from 3000-10000 inconsistently and was only doing walks as much as twice a week only.

When I started Phase 3, I started hitting the gym thrice a week for strength training and I was doing home cardio workouts thrice a week. On Sundays, I’d attend survival trainings so I can go on outdoor adventures more often. :)”

“The hardest thing anyone can do is START the journey. The next struggle is to be consistent. When you decide to begin your transformation, put your mind, body and soul into it 100%. 

Every single day, you have to be reminded of your biggest “WHY?” Internal motivation is much more powerful than external motivation. 

Take it one step at a time. Smaller goals will help you reach your dream. Hit those daily targets and soon enough, you’ll be getting the dream body you’ve been longing for. “
